The City of Farmington has identified funding to construct the needed sewer infrastructure for the complex and has secured a pledge from Washington Water Authority to cost-share extension of the water line to serve the complex. Farmington city staff is maintaining the property until construction of this proposed complex begins. Additionally, Farmington officials are working collaboratively with the Farmington Summer Ball Committee in the development of a capital development campaign to raise the necessary money for construction of the facilities.
